Explore all of the options: Adult Classes, Adult Bouldering League, Ladies Night, Youth Classes, Comp Team, Climbing Club, and Summer Camp.

Adult Classes
Learn to climb! Our trained instructors are ready to teach you everything you need to know to climb at High Steppe.
Climbing is a fun, physical challenge. Our course offerings take you through the beginner steps of learning to belay to advanced lead climbing and more.
Adult Bouldering League
Adult Bouldering League is an ongoing bouldering competition with sessions each week for 4 weeks.
Climbers ages 16+ create teams of four. Each session runs just like our community bouldering comps; climbs are peer judged, and scores are recorded on a scorecard.
Each session lasts from Thursday at 5pm till Friday at close. That gives you and your team plenty of time to rack up points!

Ladies Night
Join us the First Tuesday of the Month for Ladies Night. This event is designed for anyone, regardless of climbing ability or experience level, who wants to spend time climbing with a group of ladies, under the guidance of Elizabeth Joyner, long-time climber and climbing coach.
Youth Classes
Our youth classes are educational, fun-filled climbing courses for beginners and experienced climbers alike.
Designed to teach kids to excel at climbing in a supportive environment, this sport gives young people the opportunity to gain balance and body awareness as well as confidence and grit.

Competitive Climbing Team
Our Competition Team meets year around to prepare climbers, ages 8 – 18, to compete in the USA Climbing Youth Series throughout the Northwest.
Bouldering season is in the fall and Top Rope and Lead season are in the spring.
We also host two USA Climbing Competitions each year, showcasing talent from climbers throughout the region!

High Steppe Climbing Club is for kids ages 8+ who have participated in Kids Rock, Young Senders or Summer Camp and want to keep climbing!
This program gives participants the opportunity to develop their climbing skills, knowledge, and fitness with a group of peers under the guidance of a coach.

Summer Camp
HSCC offers week-long sessions in July and August for campers ages 6 -14.
Each session is structured, active fun while learning the sport of climbing with a focus on building friendships in the gym.
