Fitness Area
We have selected equipment to allow you to consolidate your gym memberships to one place!
We provide the tools you need for cross-training and training antagonistic muscle groups, and to give you the climbing specific training equipment needed for pursuing improvement and performance.
Fitness + Cardio Equipment
We have an assortment of free weights, squat racks, pull up and dip bars, rings, and plyo boxes. We also have Concept rowers, a treadmill, and stationary bikes.
Climbing Specific Training
Moonboard
The main feature in the fitness area is an adjustable, light-up bouldering wall. This wall, also known as a Moonboard, is very different from the main boulder in two ways.
First, we never change the holds like we do on the boulder. Second, almost all the climbs on this board are very hard, which is why it lives in the training area.
How does it work?
An app gives you access to a library of literally thousands of boulder problems to try, and LEDs light up the holds to mark your chosen problem. Just remember; when using the Moonboard, take it slow at first and celebrate incremental gains!
Hang Boards + Campus Board
Rounding out the training gear, you will find hang boards and pinch blocks for finger strength, as well as a Campus Board. The Campus Board is a steep hand-ladder that will help you develop serious pulling power.

Minors must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
