Homeschool at High Steppe

High Steppe has launched a new membership offering to give homeschool students ages 4-18 access to year-round, indoor recreation as an affordable supplement to their curriculum.

Often homeschool students get their exercise outside at playgrounds and parks. This time of year it can be hard to be active when it’s cold and wet. Indoor climbing is a great solution.

Enrollment in our Homeschool at High Steppe Membership gives students access to 7,500 square feet of indoor climbing during the school day at a discounted rate. Students will have the opportunity to explore the gym’s boulder and auto-belays. If they are interested, they can also take the belay certification test to gain access to the Top Rope walls.

HSCC staff will be available to assist students in getting started. No prior experience is needed. This offering is designed to be self-guided, there will be no formal instruction provided. If you are interested in instruction, we offer classes for both youth and adults.

Schedule: Every Tuesday & Thursday from 10am – 2pm

Cost: $35 /month – This membership is billed monthly, and continues until cancelled. There is no start-up fee associated with this membership, and no freeze fees to pause. You can sign up anytime, your membership will be prorated from your start date.
